We want every purchase to bring you joy! If for any reason the product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the moment you receive your order.
⚠️ Important rule for items with prints and embroidery
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", items manufactured to order according to individual customer parameters (application of your own design, custom text, or a specific print on the chosen base) are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is discovered.
📦 Conditions for Basic Items
What can be returned?
You can return or exchange basic clothing (without custom prints) or items from the ready-made catalog if:
- No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase (excluding the day of purchase).
- The product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, and factory tags are preserved.
- There are no signs of wear, washing, foreign odors, or stains.
🛠 What to do if a defect is found?
We strictly control the quality of textiles and printing, but if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (damaged fabric, print defect) or the wrong size/color you ordered:
1. Step One
Take a photo of the defect or the received item and contact us (Telegram/Viber or phone).
2. Step Two
We will replace the item with a new one for free or refund 100% of the cost. We cover all shipping expenses.
🚚 Return Shipping and Refunds
Exchanges and returns are carried out via "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta". If the item did not fit due to size/color — the shipping is paid by the buyer. In case of a defect — shipping is paid by us.
Refunds: Money is refunded within 1–3 working days after inspecting the parcel at the warehouse (to a bank card or via IBAN details).
