Exchanges and returns are processed via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. If the item doesn't fit in size or color, the customer pays for the shipping. In case of a defect, we cover the shipping costs. Refund policy: Funds are returned within 1–3 business days after inspecting the package at the warehouse (to a bank card or via IBAN bank transfer).
